1. Sponsor

The giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by (“Sponsor”), . isn't a sponsor of the Giveaway. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Facebook or Instagram. You release Meta from all liability related to the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, aren't eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry periods

The Giveaway runs as a series of back-to-back weekly drawings. Each drawing has its own entry period (“Entry Period”), which starts at 12:00 a.m. ET on a Sunday and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET the following Saturday. The first Entry Period started on . The current Entry Period runs from through , and the next one starts right after it ends. Sponsor may end the Giveaway after any Entry Period by posting notice on the Giveaway website. An Entry Period that has already started still has its drawing.

4. How to enter

Online: Complete the entry form at the Giveaway website with your name, email, mobile phone and state. You'll get 1 entry. Registering during an Entry Period enters you in that Entry Period's drawing only. To enter a later drawing, register again during its Entry Period. Limit one online registration per person and per email address in each Entry Period. Agreeing to receive marketing calls or texts isn't required to enter: use the mail-in method below instead.

Bonus entries (online): After registering, you get one random bonus of entries (about 50%, 35% and 15% likely, respectively), which may be shown as a wheel spin. Each person gets one random bonus, even if they register again. You also get bonus entry the first time you open the website from the Giveaway, bonus entries the first time you start the free online health check from , and more the first time you complete it. The health check comes before any payment, and partner bonus entries are credited automatically when reports the step to Sponsor, usually within minutes. Each bonus can be earned only once. Bonus entries you've earned carry over to each later drawing you register for. No bonus entries are given for any purchase, payment or medical intake after payment, and buying anything doesn't affect your entries or your odds. doesn't serve every state; where it doesn't, the partner bonus entries aren't available online, and residents of those states can use the free mail-in method for the maximum entries. Bonus entries count toward a drawing only if earned before its Entry Period ends.

Free mail-in entry: Hand-print your name, email, mobile phone, mailing address and age on a 3″×5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above, postmarked during an Entry Period and received within 5 days after it ends. It enters that Entry Period's drawing. Each mail-in entry receives entries, the maximum available online. Limit one mail-in entry per person in each Entry Period. Mechanically reproduced entries aren't accepted.

5. Drawing and odds

On or about the Sunday after each Entry Period ends (for the current Entry Period, ), one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for that drawing. Each entry is one chance. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received for that drawing.

Method. After each Entry Period ends, Sponsor freezes that drawing's list of eligible entries and publishes it at the Giveaway drawing page, identified only by entry ID with each entrant's number of entries, together with the list's SHA-256 hash and the number of a future round of the public drand randomness beacon (League of Entropy, quicknet), at least 8 hours after publication and at or after 12:00 p.m. ET on the drawing date. The publication is timestamped on the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps. The random value of that round selects the winner and three alternates using the published procedure, which anyone can repeat. Entries disqualified before the list is frozen aren't included. If the selected entrant is ineligible, can't be reached or doesn't respond, the alternates are used in order.

6. Prizes

One (1) prize in each drawing: a (approximate retail value, “ARV,” $). Total ARV per drawing: $. The prize is delivered by email through Sponsor's digital reward provider, and the winner chooses how to redeem it from the options the provider offers at the time, such as a Visa® prepaid card, a PayPal transfer or a gift card from a participating retailer. Redemption options are set by the provider, may change, and are subject to the provider's and each issuer's terms. Prizes aren't prescriptions or medical services, and winning doesn't mean you qualify for any treatment. Limit one prize per person. No prize substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Visa® is a trademark of Visa International Service Association and PayPal is a trademark of PayPal, Inc.; neither sponsors this Giveaway.

7. Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified by text and email within 3 days after the drawing and must respond within 72 hours. If a potential winner can't be reached, doesn't respond, or is found ineligible, that prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner is responsible for any taxes. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099 where the law requires it.

8. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple identities or automated entries, or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may then select a winner from eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor's decisions are final.

9. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor, , Meta and their affiliates from any liability arising from the Giveaway or a prize. Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions.

10. Privacy

Personal information you provide is used as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Winner list

After verification, the winner's first name, last initial and state are posted on the Giveaway drawing page. You may also request them by emailing within 60 days after the drawing.
